At Chatterbox Designz every item is custom made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on customized items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at chatterboxdesignz@outlook.com with:

• A photo of the damaged or defective item.
